Collection: Separation Anxiety and Anxiety in Dogs

Yes, it's real. This can oftentimes be avoided if you properly socialize your dog at a young age (while a puppy), but also with training if your dog isn't a puppy any longer or after adoption/rescue. Please refer to the training collection on the store to help encourage good behavior from your dog while you're away.

This collection serves to add as an adjunct for good behavior during independent play by providing products that help with:

  • Mental stimulation to encourage confidence in independence
  • Positive Distraction with (safe) toys instead of household items
  • Calming your dog during times of stress or anxiety even when you're home (during fireworks or distressing noises)
Tip: Allowing your dog physical exercise before longer periods of leave will help decrease the risk of bad behaviors during separation.
